Below are some of the most frequent asked questions that may arise whilst visiting www.jumbogo.co.uk. The information is also to be considered our terms and conditions.

Ordering
You can order your product by choosing from the menu on the left or by selecting your destinaton from the scroll down list. You can even search for a specific item in the search window.

Choose your product and click on Buy to add it to the shopping list. You can choose as many items as you like to your shopping list. When you have finished shopping, go to Shoppinglist at the left hand bottom of the screen. 

Next step will be for you to fill in your name and shipping address. If shippingaddress is different from your homeaddress remember to mark this upon ordering.

After entering your personal details, confirm your order and proceed to making your payment.

After placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail with your order number. It is therefore very important to state your correct e-mail upon submitting your order as we otherwise cannot guarantee you will receive your confirmation.

All orders placed at jumboGo before 1 pm will be dispatched same day.

If you order an item not in stock we will contact the publisher in order to request a copy for you. The ordred item(s) will then be despatched to you as soon as we receive them from the publisher. Until the order is despatched it will be registrered as a backorder. You can always cancel a backorder prior to despatch. If you don't cancel the backorder it will automatically be despatched when we receive the item at our storage.

Sometimes books and maps go out of print. If we can't receive a copy of an item in backorder from the publisher the order will automatically cancel and a full refund is issued.

Payment
Payment can be done using the following debit and credit cards:
· VISA
· VISA Electron
· Mastercard
· Maestro
· JCB
· Switch
· Solo

Your card will be charged after your order has been sent and jumboGo does not take out any credit card fees.

Delivery
Royal Mail and DHL are used for delivery.

There are two options to your delivery
1. Standard delivery (2-3 working days) at 0.98 pence
2. Premium delivery at £1.49

You will automatically qualify for a FREE UK Standard delivery if your order exceeds £5.00 (excl. delivery charges)

Our goal is to ensure our customers to deliver our goods as soon as possible but around Bank holidays e.g Christmas and New Year we recommend to place your order well in advance as delivery around these periods may take longer.

We consider your order has been delivered completely to your destination when you have received the package from your local mail company.

Returns and complaints
We are always happy when people shop at www.jumbogo.co.uk but sometimes we all buy items that we would like to return. 

According to the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days starting on the day after the day when your order is delivered. 

If you wish to return your item/items you can do so by sending it to the following address:

Remember that only unused or undamaged items can be reimbursed. The cost of return postage is not paid for by jumboGo.

You may also choose to cancel your order by not accepting it from the mail company and it will then be returned.

Security
Is it safe shoppong at jumboGo?

Yes, jumboGo is certified by all the major credit card companies to handle secure payments. This means that your information will be handled by the utmost protection.

Upon payment, your card details are encrypted via a secure line before sent on to the card company. This means that nobody will be able to get access to the information you submit.

Personal information
The information you submit to us is handled with confidence and is only used to conduct your order. We do under no circumstances provide information to a third party nor do we sell any of the information to marketing companies etc.

Cookies
jumboGo.co.uk uses cookies at our website. A cookie is a small text file of which there are different types:
Session cookies: These are used to maintain something called session state. If you consider your journey through the site to be a conversation with us and this cookie just reminds the site where we were in that conversation (for instance if at some point in the conversation you asked us to add a book to your shoppinglist, next time you click on the shoppinglist it is still there). These are required for the site to function but are not used in any way to identify you personally. 

Permanent cookies: These store a few numbers on your hard drive. You can view them by looking in the cookies directory of your browser installation if you are interested. They last for a long time and each time you come to our site you send us a copy of them. We use them to identify you between visits. They are not required for the site to work but may enhance your experience. We do not store any personal data in these cookies, just a unique number that identifies you to us.

At any time you can erase the cookies from your computer by erasing them from your cookies directory in your browser.
